Kikkoman Poke Bowl

Using gluten free poke sauce, this poke bowl is a must-try at home! Recipe from Kikkoman.

Ingredients

Yield: Makes 2 servings

8 ounces Sushi-grade ahi tuna or salmon
½ cup diced avocado
2 tablespoons red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Poke Sauce
Cooked rice or salad greens
Optional: toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut tuna or salmon into ½ inch cubes
  2. Gently stir together fish, avocado, red onion and Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Poke Sauce
  3. Serve over cooked rice or salad greens; sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
