そばのサラダ/Soba Noodles Salad レシピ

たっぷりの野菜と合わせてサラダ仕立てに。Make Soba noodles into salad with a lot of vegetables.

  • 材 料(2人分)
  • そば1玉 (160g)
  • 乾燥ひじき4g
  • 水菜1株(50g)
  • ミニトマト6個
  • スイートコーン30g
  • 桜えび5g
  • いりごま適量
  • (A)酢大さじ4
  • (A)味噌大さじ1と1/2
  • (A)ごま油大さじ1
  • (A)砂糖大さじ1/2

  • 1 portion (3 1/2 oz)Soba noodles
  • 1 Tbsp.Hijiki seaweed
  • A bunch(2 oz)Potherb mustard
  • 6Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ozSweet corn
  • 2 Tsp.Sakura shrimp
  • To tasteRoasted sesame seeds
  • A: 4 Tbsp.Vinegar
  • A: 1 1/2 Tbsp.Miso
  • A: 1 Tbsp.Sesame oil
  • A: 1/2 Tbsp.Sugar

作り方 Directions:

  1. ひじきは水で戻し、ざるにあけて水気をよく切る。Soak the hijiki seaweed in water to soften, and drain well with a sieve.
  2. 水菜はざく切りに、ミニトマトは半分に切る。Cut the potherb mustard into bite-size chunks, and cut the cherry tomato’s in half.
  3. 鍋に湯を沸かし、そばを表示通りの時間ゆでる。冷水でしめ、ざるにあけて水気をしっかり切る。Bring water to the boil in another pot, and boil the Soba noodles by the instructions.
  4. ボールにそばとひじきを入れて混ぜ合わせる。Drain the Soba noodles well and place in a bowl.
  5. 皿にそばとひじきを盛り、水菜、ミニトマトとスイートコーンをのせて、よく混ぜ合わせた(A)をかける。仕上げに桜えびとごまをちらす。Put the soba noodles and hijiki seaweed in a bowl, and mix.
  6. Place them in a bowl, and put the potherb mustard, cherry tomatoes and sweet corns.
  7. Pour the mixture of ingredients A, and sprinkle the sakura shrimp.
